The biggest thing to expect - FUN! You can expect to have fun during your photo session and enjoy the time with your loved ones. My job is to capture the magic that is already there. I try to make each photo session as positive an experience as possible.

Pregnant mothers can expect to have somewhere to sit between photos during maternity sessions. Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled or moved to an inside location if weather is too severe to conduct photo session safely.

A 48 hour hold will be put on your preferred date and time, during which you will need to submit a 20% deposit and sign a digital contract in order to officially reserve your session spot.

A 20% deposit is due within 48 hours of booking to reserve your session date and time.

The final balance is due 10 days before your photo session. You will have the option of paying in full upon scheduling. You will also receive a reminder email prompting you to pay the balance at 10 days prior to your scheduled date.

If you choose to purchase prints or albums, payment will be due at time of order.

You will be able to submit payment via a secure online portal. This is the portal where we will conduct all communication and where you will receive the link to your digital gallery after our photo session as well.

I suggest a location that is meaningful to you. Examples of this include your family home, place of first date, a favorite place, etc.

Time of year and weather are important factors to keep in mind when deciding on a location.

All locations must be within one hour driving time from Newton, NJ or one hour driving time from Lavallette, NJ to be included in package pricing. Additional costs apply to locations 1+ hours away from either town. Certain locations may require an additional permit fee for professional photography, which will be added on to your package. I will inform you of this add-on if it applies. Location changes may occur up to two days prior to the shoot.

Wear what you feel most comfortable in. Show off your style and what makes you YOU.

I recommend a neutral color scheme for large families with minimal clashing patterns. Please keep practicality in mind regarding clothing and footwear, especially if photoshoot is scheduled at an outdoor location.

A session can be cancelled up to ten days prior to session date with a full refund. Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance of session date for a 50% refund. Any sessions cancelled on the day of the scheduled session will not be eligible to receive a refund.

Life happens sometimes! Please do not come to your shoot sick. If we need to reschedule, there will be no penalty or late cancellation fees applied for reschedule requests 24+ hours before scheduled session. I will attempt to reschedule your session for the closest possible date to your original session time.

You will receive a link to your photo gallery via email through our online portal. You will have the option to download your photos as well as to order prints or albums through the gallery site.

The timeline for booking a session may change seasonally and is dependent on other factors, such as calendar availability.

Once your photo session is complete, you will receive a “sneak peak” gallery within one week of your session. You will receive the entire gallery within 6 weeks of your session date.
